6969 * Networks of NGOs could establish dispatch centers using ''Pulso ONG''. Incoming requests could be sorted by keywords and directed to individual member NGOs.  E.g., an NGO assisting migrants in cases of deportations could be registered to receive incoming requests with the word "DEPORTATION."
7070 * An NGO could use ''Pulso ONG'' as a tool for migrants, who might be afraid to summon local police or government authorities, to report violence, accidents, and emergencies to relevant NGOs, as well as to seek referrals or other resources. Incoming requests could either generate auto-responses with a list of resources/NGOs, or could be dispatched directly to NGOs working on the issue in question.
