Milestone 2.0

First major update to the legacy framework.

• Massive rethinking of the codebase architecture.
• Concept of distinct "application" (a site, eg) defined new arch.
• Similar directory structure, but new way of including files.
• Codebase now can live in /usr/lib/php and be called globally for all sites.
• Revisitation of every class and cleaned code, made class architectures consistant. Even spellchecked all strings!
